TENTATIVE FAMILY TREE FOR THE

  von NEIDHARDT

WHO MOVED  FROM GERMANY TO RUSSIA AROUND 1672.

THE NAME WAS SPELLED THERE NEJDGARDT  OR NEJTERT, ETC.

Over the years, this branch provided many high ranked military officers, commanding officers, governors in various provinces, senators etc., close to the Czar and its family.

Through marriages, they associated with other known families like

Barons:Von Stalkenberg , Von Tiesenhausen, von Treuleben, von Flensen, Ramm von Padis, Zotov, von Rönne, von Troschke, von Balteleras,von  Breckling, von Greim, von Klingenberg, von  keudel, etc                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Princes and Princess: Druckaja-sokolinskaja, Cerkasskaja, Troubetzkoi-trubeckaja.

Many members "disappeared", were murdered or left the country  when the bolshevics took over in october 1918. There may be still some survivors of this family in Russia.

This family tree has been established based on various sources of information such as: the Osteuropa-Institut in München, a compilation of the "Neidhardt mit dem Kleeblatt Wappen" by Joachim Albrecht Graf Neidhardt von Gneisenau, 1964, some data from the de Neidhardt descendants established in France, and various other data including searches on Internet.

Unfortunately, due to lack of or incomplete data, there are many gaps and some doubts  about to whom some people should be related to.
